Now all the planning fun begins. At the Hidden Meadow + Barn, we offer an enchanting setting like no other in the Midwest! The rolling hills of the driftless region make for an incredible backdrop to host the wedding of your dreams.

The Hidden Meadow + Barn is just a short 90 minutes from the Twin Cities, just outside of Pepin, WI. We are more than just a wedding venue, but a wedding experience! With the onsite lodging at the farmhouse that sleeps up to 12 and the option to sleep 40 guests just a short two-minute walk from the venue at the neighboring Pepin Valley Cabins, hosting your wedding at the Hidden Meadow + Barn is sure to leave your guests in awe of their amazing experience.

Our venue provides a multitude of breathtaking photo opportunities, ensuring that your wedding photos tells the story of your special day in the most captivating way. From the rustic charm of the open-sided barn with it’s chandeliers and string lights to the natural beauty of the ceremony meadow with it’s towering weeping willows, stained glass windows, and arched gothic doors, every corner of the Hidden Meadow + Barn is a photographer's dream.

RENTAL TIMEFRAME
+ CAPACITY

SUNDAY-THURSDAY: Standard rental time is 10am-10pm, with the option to extend your party until midnight ($250 add-on).

FRIDAY, SATURDAY and HOLIDAY SUNDAYS (Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend): 10am-midnight

If you need extra time for hair and make-up in the morning, we can add on an early entrance as early as 8am for an additional $250.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY: Our maximum capacity is 250.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE VENUE RENTAL

Dinner tables and chairs for up to 250 guests.
Extra vintage furniture to add the special flair to your wedding.
Yard games for your guests to enjoy through out the day.
Bonfire maintained by our staff (wood included).
Use of the ceremony meadow, social spaces, white-washed barn, and open-sided barn, and wedding cottages for getting ready.
Real restrooms!…. On your way to there, don’t forget to snap a pic in front of the succulent accent wall.
Amazing lighting! Multiple crystal chandeliers in the open-sided barn, bistro-style string lights over the social areas, and twinkle-light strung trees.
Multiple backdrops for a DIY photo booth or selfie station, including a favorite in the white-washed barn.
Customer service! Each couple that gets married here, has two planning sessions with Angela (one of the owners of the venue), to help your day go smoothly and work out any kinks before the big day arrives! After all, we’ve done this more times that you:)
On-site venue manager. From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, there will be an on-site venue manager to help facilitate your day. Though they are not as involved as a day of coordinator (which we highly recommend), they do take care of the over-all operations of the venue, check-in with vendors, and make-sure the venue it self is running smoothly.
Bartending staff - No need to hire a separate bartending service. We have you covered.
Views rivaling no other! From the rolling hills to the amazing sunsets, our venue is like no other venue in the midwest. Nestled in a sleepy valley, you’ll feel like the world is yours, surrounded by nothing but nature.
Only 10 minutes away from beautiful Lake Pepin! A great spot for first looks or a breath of fresh air with your honey before all the action starts!

SPECIALS + DISCOUNTS

Military or services person discount (EMS/Fire/Police)… We love our service members. If you or your fiancé are a service person, receive a 5% discount.

CATERING + FOOD OPTIONS

We allow you to choose any caterer you like to provide a meal for your guests for dinner. We do require that the caterer is a full service caterer for the best experience all around. Some of our favorite caterers are below. Not finding one that fits for you? We have more wonderful suggestions.

BAR SErvice

Bartending staff is included in the rental of the venue. No need to hire a separate bartending service.
You set your own budget for hosting. Cash bar options for budget-minded couples.
All alcohol must be purchased through us and served by our bartending service.
Currently for 2025 we can only serve beer, wine, and other malt beverages like seltzer, hard ciders, and champagne. No hard liquor. In 2026 and beyond, we will be able to serve hard liquor due to licensing changes going into effect Jan 1, 2026!
Fun signature drinks available! Even though we can’t serve hard liquor in 2025, you can still offer your guests some really fun signature drink options. We’ve created some tasty recipes using wine, seltzers, beer and other malt beverages as the base.

THE EXTRAS

STAY AT THE FARMHOUSE….

The Farmhouse at the Hidden Meadow + Barn is the perfect place for you and your guests to stay the night of the wedding and night before (based on availability). With its newly renovated charm, the farmhouse has five bedrooms that can sleep 10-12 people comfortably on site.

The rental fee for the night is $750.
